1. Log in to our Returns Portal here with your order number and email address* within 30 days after delivery.

2. Select the items you want to return.

3. Create a return label (for free**) or frank it yourself and ship back to us, also within 30 days after delivery.

4. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

*As an alternative to the returns portal, the classic cancellation form can be used.

**A prepaid return label can be generated for consumers in Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
The fee for a prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund: view fees.
